About me
Hi, I'm Cesca Myles (MBACP, Associate BAAT, & Creative Counsellors CIC), and I'm here to support you through your journey with creative therapy.
How I Can Help:
I offer online creative therapy sessions on Mondays and Fridays. Sessions are tailored to help you navigate your emotions, relationships, and personal challenges. Using a variety of art forms, we can work together to find the best way for you to express and understand your feelings. Online therapy is just as effective as in person and can help you manage work/life/family balance, support access due to disability or health, and be cost-effective without the need of travelling to a venue.
My Approach:
With a background in health and social care, including working with people living with Dementia, Palliative care, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and mental health, I bring a compassionate and trauma-informed approach to our sessions. The arts can support you in understanding your mental health when you can't find the words, though in some sessions it's ok if we might just talk.
Creative ways we could work:
Drawing and Painting: Express your feelings visually.
Clay and Collage: Explore your thoughts through tactile creativity.
Music and Movement: Connect with your emotions through sound and physical expression.
Creative Writing: Find words for what you're experiencing.
Drama: Use storytelling to understand your journey.
Sandtray: Gain new perspectives to understand your issues.
Written Word: Explore stories, metaphors, or texts that are meaningful to you and delve into their themes.
A Safe Space for you to feel better:
Together, we will create a safe and supportive space where you can express yourself freely. Whether you're dealing with current issues or past experiences, we'll find the right creative outlet to help you understand and work through your feelings.
Supporting You:
Creative counselling can support you if you're facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, low self-esteem, stress, trauma, low confidence, mental health challenges, feeling sad, social anxiety, grief, and loss.
You Matter
My approach honours your individuality, using different forms of counselling to meet your unique needs. Whether you're new to counselling or have used it many times before, reaching out is a positive step towards making supportive changes in your life.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
