About me

Hi I'm Cesca a qualified Integrative Counsellor using the arts (MBACP) offering online arts counselling, making therapy accessible wherever you are in the UK - particuarly helpful if you're manaing chronic health conditions, a busy family life, or simply prefer the comfort of your own space.

You might be living with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, or the emotional impact of chronic health conditions — and feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted. You might be navigating grief, identity, or big life changes.

Many people come to me for support with:

Anxiety, stress or panic

Low mood or depression, including long-term depression or Seasonal Affective Disorder

ADHD or Autism, including emotional regulation, masking, burnout, or executive functioning challenges

Identity, self-esteem, gender or sexuality questions

The strain of chronic illness, invisible disability, or health anxiety

Grief, loss, or changes in sense of self

Trauma, whether clearly defined or hard to name

Loneliness, family difficulties, or feeling overlooked in other spaces

Or simply space and time offering regular support for their mental health.

I aim to create a space that feels gentle, collaborative, and shaped around you — not a one-size-fits-all approach. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

How I Work

I offer integrative creative counselling, which can include talking, creative exploration, writing, imagery, or simple grounding practices. You don’t need to be “good at art.” Creative work is simply another way of accessing parts of yourself that don’t always come out in conversation.

If you prefer to talk, we talk.
If you need structure, we build it.
If you need space, we slow it down.

Sessions are online, which can support accessibility, chronic health needs, work/family balance, and comfort.

Creative approaches we might use include drawing, collage, clay, writing, sandtray, storytelling, music, movement, or somatic practices — always at your pace, always optional.

My Approach

I bring professional experience from health and social care, including dementia support, palliative care, learning disability and Autism services, and community creative health work.

My training in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy draws from psychodynamic, transactional analysis, Gestalt, and somatic approaches, which I integrate depending on what feels most helpful for you.

Alongside professional experience, I bring lived understanding. I work in a trauma-aware, neurodiversity-affirming way, with warmth and clear boundaries.

Your story, your pace, and your boundaries matter here.

Availability & How to Start

I offer a free 20-minute informal chat via phone or video, so you can ask questions and see if we feel like the right fit — there’s no obligation to continue but give you time to ask any questions before we start working together.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
