About me
Hi, I’m Fiona, a BACP registered integrative therapist. I work in a flexible way, tailoring therapy to suit you and what you’re going through. My aim is to help you feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning. I really value building a strong, trusting relationship and offering a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. We’ll work together at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you and helping you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Our sessions will focus on the goals we set together, so therapy feels relevant and supportive for you. I use an integrative approach, drawing on person-centred therapy, attachment theory, CBT, and compassion-focused techniques, always working in a trauma-informed way.
Even taking the time to look for a therapist is a brave first step. You don’t need a specific problem to come to therapy, you might be feeling stuck, at a crossroads, or just need space to talk. Whatever has brought you here, you are very welcome to get in touch and we can explore together whether I’m the right person to support you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
Before starting our work together, I offer an initial FREE introductory call to discuss what has brought you to therapy and also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions.
The next step is to book in an initial assessment at the reduced price of £30 to help me understand your experiences, your needs and to begin identifying what you are looking to achieve out of the process. It also allows you to decide whether I am a good fit for you.
Following the initial assessment, you are then welcome to book in some full price sessions, if I feel like someone you could confide in.
I also offer a reduced price of £40 for student counsellors.
