About me

Eunice Capaldi Qualified HND Counsellor BACP

Life can be challenging, and there are times when we all need support to make sense of what we are experiencing. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, relationship or family difficulties, addiction, or the pressures of everyday life, counselling can provide a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental environment where you can talk openly at your own pace. My approach is person-centred, recognising that every individual is unique. Together, we will work to develop greater self-awareness, build resilience, and help you move towards the changes that feel right for you.

As a qualified counsellor with a strong educational foundation and a commitment to ongoing professional development, I have experience supporting both adults and young people across a range of settings. My work includes supporting individuals affected by addiction and the emotional challenges that often accompany it.

I also have extensive experience working with neurodivergent children, young people, and adults, including those with autism and ADHD. I provide a neuro-affirming approach that values individual differences and adapts counselling to meet each client's communication style, strengths, and needs.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, my aim is to provide a professional, welcoming, and compassionate service where you feel listened to, understood, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting change.

If you would like to find out more or arrange an initial appointment, please get in touch. I would be pleased to discuss how counselling may be able to support you or your family.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
