About me
With over 15 years experience in cancer support in the Third Sector and NHS, I bring warmth and empathy to my work as a counsellor and health & wellbeing coach. I offer a blend of person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, helping you feel heard, supported and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
Everyone’s experience of health, wellbeing, and life challenges is unique. I offer a range of one-to-one services designed to support your emotional wellbeing, personal resilience, and quality of life, whether you are navigating a specific difficulty or looking for support during a time of change.
The support combines counselling and health & wellbeing coaching, with the option of specialist support for people affected by cancer.
All services are offered online only, in a confidential, compassionate space and tailored to your individual needs.
You may be seeking space to talk and make sense of what you are experiencing, practical support to improve your wellbeing, or integrated support shaped around the impact of cancer.
Together, we can find the approach that feels right for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Registered Member of the BACP and fully insured to practice as a counsellor. My counselling training integrates psychodynamic and person-centred approaches, alongside the core model and five relationship models by Petruska Clarkson, allowing me to tailor support to each individual.
Additionally, I am an accredited Health Coach, certified by Personalised Care Institute and the NHS, which enables me to help clients set practical goals, build resilience, and enhance their overall wellbeing
Since 2021, I have been a volunteer 5K Your Way ambassador with the charity Move Against Cancer, supporting people affected by cancer to be more active.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
