Emma Sandell Registered MBACP
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I offer a warm, respectful, safe space where you will be listened to. You may feel overwhelmed, stressed or worried. Anxiety may be impacting on your ability to carry out everyday tasks. Maybe you have been through a bereavement or have relationship difficulties or you’ve experienced abuse. Perhaps you are feeling restless or lost and unsure of where you fit in the world. I offer counselling for a wide range of issues.
I have a holistic approach to counselling that acknowledges the links between thinking, emotion and bodily symptoms. I believe that by reflecting on the patterns and relationships in your life we can find creative ways to work through issues.
I approach counselling with compassion and respect and I value each individual’s own personal journey and story.
I offer both short term and ongoing therapy.
