About me
I am Emma, an NCPS-registered integrative counsellor offering in‑person and online counselling for adults. I provide a warm, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what is going on for you, at your own pace.
Before training as a counsellor, I worked in education for over 20 years, which shaped my understanding that there is no single way to learn, grow or heal. As an integrative counsellor, I tailor our work to your individual needs, drawing on approaches such as person-centred therapy, CBT and Gestalt, and working creatively if that feels helpful for you.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in unhelpful thought patterns, or struggling with self-doubt, relationships, or life’s pressures. Whatever has brought you to counselling, I will meet you where you are and work alongside you with empathy, curiosity and respect, supporting you to reconnect with yourself and move towards feeling more grounded and resilient.
