Hi I am Emma!
Thank you for clicking on me and viewing my profile, now I have the chance to tell you about what I do.
I like to work with my clients by giving them my all, I work in a Humanistic modality in which I believe that you are the client and it is my job to help you as much as I can, but the fact is that you actually hold your answers and it's me that supports you and helps you to unravel them.
Whatever your issue/problem large or small, it's your problem so it's a big deal right? Of course it is so then this becomes my responsibility to offer support for whatever your needs.
I'm a fully trained BA (hons) counsellor/psychotherapist and as you know by now i have a huge passion for my work. I like to think I'm an adaptable, friendly, caring person who really enjoys bringing out the best in my clients.
I am originally from London and have also lived abroad before settling in Chichester. During the time I spent abroad, I was able to understand the diversity and uniqueness of different cultures, religions and backgrounds. I came to back to the UK where I fulfilled my dream to pursue a career in counselling, it was something I always wanted to do.
My personality traits are that of being adaptable, friendly caring and kind. I bring out the best in people and hope to work with you.
My work ethics are strong I believe that being as you are a unique individual with your own experiences I tend to employ the integration of different models of therapy, so it is rather like its tailor made to suit your needs and most effective for the difficulties you may be facing.
I have experience in working within the NHS,and I work with a number of difficulties such as Anxiety and Stress, Depression, Relationship issues, Abuse and Cancer care I have also worked for and supported Charity run organisations for the elderly and disabled. I work with a number of difficulties such as anxiety and Stress, Depression, Relationship issues, Abuse and bereavement are just some examples.
I also have experience in working with secondary mental health diagnoses, such as Psychosis,severe and chronic depression and suicidal thoughts, Bipolar 1 and 2 , Anorexia Nervousia, Borderline personality disorder, Schizophrenia and addiction.
It is my promise to support you and help you through rough times. Just give me a call or email I offer Skype counselling too, which is sometimes easier than travelling to a counsellor.
There is no obligation to continue long term and there are no set amount of sessions, I offer short term counselling as well.

I offer Skype and online counselling.
I charge £40 per session, £60 for couples and £30 for Skype sessions. Counselling usually lasts for 60 Minutes.
I also offer online counselling and skype counselling. I offer integrated therapy. Humanistic based, NLP CBT
I specialise in Bereavement, Depression and Anxiety, I also work with SAND's (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death) as well as for the NHS.
