About me

Hello I am a Clinical Psychologist (BPS/HCPC) and an accredited EMDR therapist. I offer talking therapies and specialise in trauma work using EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing).

I currently work for the NHS on 3,5 days a week (in adult CMHTs) and in my private practice on 1 day (Mondays). I am very experienced in working with adults who experience a great variety of mental health challenges. I have practiced as a qualified clinical psychologist since 2010 and an accredited EMDR therapist since 2016. I am now in training to become a consultant EMDR therapist and have many hours of experience of using EMDR with moderate to severe mental health challenges.

I currently offer online EMDR only and come from an attachment informed EMDR perspective. I frequently include IFS (Internal Family System, 'parts work’) in my EMDR practice and will tailor my approach to your needs.

If you are interested in working with me, I offer a free 20 minutes online chat to see whether we might be a good fit. Please email me in the first instance.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
