About me
Even at less stressful times, powerful feelings like anxiety, grief, emptiness and anger can sometimes dominate our lives and wear us down.
Speaking with a non-judgemental counsellor, in a confidential, safe space, will help you to have more clarity, unlock your inner resources to cope with the challenges that you face, no matter how big or small you feel they are, to find solutions, and to regain equilibrium.
I offer 50 minutes counselling sessions (in person, on Zoom, or on the phone).
I am an integrative therapist, which means I’m trained in a wide range of counselling methodologies and carefully select those that I believe will work best for you. Over the years, I have been helping adults, young people and elderly clients facing challenges as diverse as anxiety, disability, interpersonal relationship issues, trauma, depression and bereavement.
Solving painful issues may feel daunting, but I believe with some help anyone can achieve this. My job satisfaction is to see people empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives and to grow personally and emotionally. If you feel you are ready, please contact me and we can set up a short introductory telephone session, to help you decide if I might be the right therapist for you. I will reply within 24 hours.
