About me
Maybe you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, no one to understand how you are feeling? Everybody, regardless of age, gender, culture and race experiences the highs and lows of life. The highs are great, but the lows can reach all kinds of depths, which can make life situations very difficult to cope with. Problems can feel isolating and may leave you feeling in despair. But problems are normal, and it's your ability to cope - now that's where I can offer some help.
It can sometimes be that a different perspective is achieved by talking through the difficulties, which can change how you feel. It may be a reflection of low self-esteem, which can impact your view on life, so we can explore and achieve a deeper self awareness so you can face challenges, feeling stronger. It may be a whole host of challenges you are facing... but you have the ability to heal, we all do. And we can explore what it is you need and how you can achieve having your needs met.
Whatever the problem, be it anxiety, stress, low mood and depression, relationships, addictions, family, workplace or some challenging system which we all live amongst, the solution is always within yourself. This is what good counselling explores, so that you can arrive at a space with a different perspective on your problem, and with a way forwards of creating personal change.
Call or email me for a short talk on what you need and then we can arrange what type of medium you need, be it face to face, online, Zoom or by telephone. You’re in control, so give me a call and find a way home to emotional freedom. It may be the best gift you can give to yourself!

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
