About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist and clinical supervisor offering therapy to adults, both in person in Edinburgh and online across the UK. I provide a thoughtful, confidential space where you can speak openly and begin to make sense of what may feel overwhelming, stuck, or difficult to put into words. Many of the people I work with are managing anxiety, low mood, burnout, the impact of past experiences, or significant life transitions.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and tailored to you as an individual. I draw from a range of therapeutic models to support a deeper understanding of patterns, relationships, and the parts of yourself that may feel in conflict. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes, but about creating the conditions for meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you
Training, qualifications & experience
Alongside my private practice, I have worked extensively within established counselling services in Edinburgh, including senior clinical and leadership roles within organisations.
These roles have involved working with a wide range of clients, as well as supporting and supervising other practitioners. This breadth of experience continues to inform my practice, particularly in maintaining a balance between clinical depth and ethical responsibility.

- Neuro Inclusive Therapy - Supporting adults who discover they are neurodivergent later in life.

Further information
I am particularly interested in how early experiences, relationships, and patterns of relating can shape how we feel about ourselves and others.
At the same time, I remain attentive to the present, how difficulties are experienced day to day, and how change can begin in manageable and meaningful ways.
I aim to offer a space where you can speak openly, without fear of judgement, and where we can make sense of your experience together.
