About me
Hello, my name is Denise Smith.
I offer Psychotherapy and Counselling to Adults be it individual or couples. My work is grounded on a Humanistic modality of Psychotherapy- Transactional Analysis, a comprehensive system change and growth. My approach to Psychotherapy is proactive, I intervene, reflect and ask questions.
I am relaxed, empathic, straightforward and non-judgmental. I am passionate about what I do and feel strongly that although counselling can at times be challenging, it can also be life-enhancing. I am always open to questions, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if there is anything you would like to
