Therapist - Anxiety, Depression, ADHD/Addiction Counsellor

About me

As I therapist I specialise in anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and ADHD.  All of which affects your own relationship with self and others.
I tailor therapy to each person’s individual needs.

Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or you may feel stuck. Therapy offers you a safe, comforting space to explore what’s going on and make sense of your experiences.

Together, we may explore past experiences, emotional patterns, relationships, or behaviours that may be holding you back. I offer a warm, compassionate, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable to open up.

My aim is to help you gain clarity, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change that supports your wellbeing and personal growth. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to healing and self-understanding.

I work with adults, older adolescents, and organisations, offering sessions in person, online, and by phone. I also support businesses with staff wellbeing, counselling, and stress management workshops.
