About me

I'm a psychotherapeutic counsellor specialising in anxiety, anxiety disorders, depression and addiction,  I'm also certified in ADHD.   I provide an integrative approach to my clients and tailor my service so that is right for the individual.

I work with a wide range of issues including Anxiety, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Addiction, ADHD, Stress management, Depression, Trauma and Relationship issues.

You may be experiencing difficult emotions,  a distressing event and have feelings of being overwhelmed, anxiety, depression or dissatisfaction with life. Therapy may involve talking about life events, feelings, emotions, relationships, ways of thinking and patterns of behaviour.  I will listen, empathise, encourage and support you to see your issues more clearly or from a different perspective and help you make the necessary changes.

Clients always express how comfortable they feel and they wish they had started their journey sooner.  I will assure your therapeutic journey is knowledgeable and calm.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is of upmost importance as this allows a safe pathway for you to discover yourself, grow, heal and find new ways of living healthily and begin the transformation to who you desire and deserve to be.

I offer therapist services to adults, older adolescents and businesses.  Sessions are face to face,  online or telephone depending your personal preference.

I support local businesses with counselling services, mental wellbeing and stress management workshops.
