About me
Sometimes life can be challenging and we can be dealing with something painful. Often we can feel stuck, that life is not going as well as we would like. We all have times when we need emotional support and it may be difficult to discuss issues with family or friends. I offer a safe, un-judgmental and confidential space for you to work through what is troubling you and will support you as you find new ways forward.
