About me
Hello, thank you for visiting my profile. Are you constantly anxious and stressed, overwhelmed with anxiety and low mood (depression) are you struggling to maintain relationships and friendships, are you dealing with low-self esteem and regret, have you dealt with trauma in your past that has affected your confidence? Have you recently received an ADHD or Autism diagnosis, or suspect that you are neurodiverse. Then I would love to find out how I can help you. I offer face- face and online Dramatherapy (Creative Psychotherapy & form of Psychological treatment) sessions. I offer therapy with the knowledge and training of Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles. I believe I can assist you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions in a safe and creative way, and help you unpack your behavioural patterns.
I charge £65 an hour per session but offer a sliding scale for students and those on benefits. I offer face-face appointments for those living in Wellingborough, Rushden, Kettering, Northampton, and other neighbouring areas, alternatively I offer virtual appointments anywhere and internationally.
A little about me, I am of a Nigerian heritage, but I was born and raised in the UK. I've spent most of my life in London and have lived in deprived areas. I consider myself diverse and cultured. I now live in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire with my husband and 3 children. I am happy to a free 15-minute consultation with you to address your needs further.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained as a Dramatherapist (Masters) at Anglia Ruskin University and qualified in 2018.
I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology at Canterbury Christ Church University.
I have 10 years of experience in the NHS, as well as experience in Education, Health & Social Care services.
I specialise in Anxiety, Attachment, Depression, Trauma, Confidence and Resilience.
I sit on the executive board for The British Association of Dramatherpists.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
