About me
I am an experienced Counsellor who specialises in working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety and trauma.
I am able to provide a safe place so that you can work through your presenting issues. I work with you in order to deliver support that reflects your individual needs by offering both short and long term support.
Since qualifying, I have volunteered with Anxiety UK, where I gained valuable experience in the benefits of short‑term therapeutic interventions. I also worked with RASASC (Rape and Sexual Assault Support Centre), attending a range of specialist workshops focused on supporting people who have experienced trauma. I am now employed as a school counsellor while also offering support to individuals managing stress in the workplace.
These roles have broadened my understanding of how different therapeutic approaches can meet the diverse needs people bring to counselling, and I draw on this learning within my private practice. They have also given me the opportunity to undertake further training and continue building my knowledge.
Please call me or send an email if you have any questions or would like to book a free introductory session.
