About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with life’s challenges? You don’t have to face it alone. As a qualified and accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor, I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore whatever is on your mind.
Life’s challenges—whether anxiety, stress, low mood, depression, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, self-confidence issues, or unresolved past experiences—can be difficult to face alone. I have experience working with many clients in these areas and can provide a safe, supportive space to help you navigate your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
I also work with couples facing challenges such as communication difficulties, trust issues, infidelity, emotional disconnection, or navigating life transitions. Couples counselling provides a space to explore relationship patterns, strengthen connection, and rebuild trust in a way that supports both partners.
Many clients see counselling as an opportunity to gain clarity, understand thoughts, emotions, or patterns that may be holding them back, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. My integrative and humanistic approach means I tailor sessions to your unique experiences, offering both support and gentle challenge to help you see things from new perspectives.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don’t have to figure it all out alone. If you’d like to explore how counselling might help, I’d be happy to have an initial conversation—please book an introductory call or get in touch by phone, email, or through my website
