About me
Feeling worried, confused or unsure about making a decision? Life is a journey with ups and downs, and in difficult and uncertain times, we may need someone to talk to, someone who can support us through changes and challenges and listen to us without judgment. If you are feeling low or anxious, facing difficulties and looking for clarity, counselling can help. If you aim to navigate your emotions and feelings, discover yourself and find the best way to your own solutions, a warm and passionate listener can help, and I believe I could be the person you are looking for.
As a Gestalt and Arts Counsellor, I offer an understanding, empathetic and non-judgemental attitude and a safe space for clients to talk about their issues and concerns, where they can explore their inner resources. I integrate a variety of counselling modalities to adapt therapy to clients' needs: Gestalt therapy, person-centred therapy and creative arts.
Counselling and creative counselling may be the path you are looking for, and I am here to listen to you! Please, do not hesitate to contact me for an initial consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Psychosocial Gestalt and a creative arts counsellor. I also gained a MSc in Clinical and Rehabilitation Psychology. My academic background began with Philosophy and I then specialised in applied Ethics which led me to study emotions, psychology and neuroscience.
I have experience working with adults struggling with mental health issues and difficulties, including anxiety, low self-esteem and self-confidence, bereavement, depression or trauma related to their communication and relationships or family.
I have experience working with young people experiencing low self-esteem and self-confidence, anxiety and feeling stuck or without motivation, in different settings, such as home visits, school environments, nature and outdoor therapy.
In Italy, my country of origin, I gained a Diploma of Sexual Consultant and Educator in 2018, and a Diploma of Clinical Expert in Technological Addictions in 2021.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
