About me

For the last 25 years, I have been involved in the rich and creative dialogue between depth psychological and meditative approaches to personal growth, emotional healing, and spiritual transformation. I’ve been a therapist for 23 years now. My special areas of interest are mid life crisis and beyond.

Depression, drug and alcohol dependence and Relationships. I worked as a bereavement counsellor for Catherine’s hospice for four years and hence have valuable experience in this area.

I draw from a variety of methodologies and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful for each individual or couple. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere,I offer a personalised approach to help clients attain insight and personal growth. I am supported by weekly supervision with an experienced therapist and am fully insured for my practice.

My rooms are in a warm, calm and quiet environment and everything is strictly confidential. Money is NOT my most important thing. I am passionate about my work and helping my client is paramount above all else. I have helped many clients find their way back to contentment, joy and intimacy in their relationships and in their lives.
