About me

For the last 25 years, I have been involved in the rich and creative dialogue between depth psychological and meditative approaches to personal growth, emotional healing, and spiritual transformation. I’ve been a therapist for 23 years now.

My special areas of interest are mid life crisis and beyond.

Spiritual transformation

Depression, Anxiety , panic attacks

narcissistic personality disorder NPD ,

breakups and divorce

drug and alcohol dependence and Relationships.

I worked as a bereavement counsellor for Catherine’s hospice for four years and hence have valuable experience in this area.

worked in NHS GP practice.

I draw from a variety of methodologies and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful for each individual or couple.

The relationship between client and myself is paramount for the efficacy and good outcomes .

Mainly we delve deep into your story that’s bringing you to therapy . Not one size fits all but a deep healing approach to your psyche and body . No plaster will heal the deep wounds that break the heart . I go where angels fear to tread . I will support you and guide you like a soul guide along your path to growth insight , awareness and good balanced mental heath

Dreams  and working w the unconscious is how we will get to your deeper nature and authentic self . It can be a very cathartic and nourishing and at times an enjoyable experience.

I work  In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere,

I offer a personalised integrative approach to enabling clients to attain insight and awareness to their own personal growth. To enable them to thrive in their lives not just to survive !

I am supported by weekly supervision

I am fully insured for my practice.

My rooms are in a warm, calm and quiet environment and everything is strictly confidential. Money is NOT my most important thing. I am passionate about my work and helping my client is paramount above all else.

I have  helped many clients find their way back to contentment, joy and intimacy in their relationships and in their lives.
