About me
We all find ourselves at points in life where we’re searching for support, clarity, or simply someone to talk to. Whatever you are carrying right now, I am here to support you. I have lived experience of the care system, carer support and the healthcare service, including supporting those with long term conditions.
In our sessions you can talk freely and explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe nonjudgmental space My role is to listen to you, hear you and think with you as together, we make sense of what’s happening in your life.
I believe that our therapeutic relationship is central to your healing process and that by thinking together we can help you to experience greater understanding of Self, less over thinking and a sense of inner peace
