About me
Hi, I'm Damla!
I'm an accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor based in Winchester, and I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges.
I work using a Pluralistic Approach, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques, including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, Gestalt tools, and person-centred therapy, tailoring my approach to what works best for you.
We all go through difficult times, and you don't have to face them alone. Together, we'll create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly understood, accepted, and empowered to move forward.
I offer both online and face-to-face sessions in Winchester, whichever feels most comfortable for you.
I'd love to support you on your journey. You're always welcome here.
