MSc Integrative Psychotherapy, UKCP Accredited, MBACP

About me

We are all unique and present different ranges of issues requiring highly tailored therapy. I am a UKCP accredited, Clinical Integrative Psychotherapist, trained to a master’s level. I work in a relational, humanistic way and utilise our relationship to support you in working out the changes you are seeking, offering awareness, and understanding to create a better relationship with ourselves and others. I have limited availability within my private practice, where I work offering short- and long-term psychotherapy with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, grief and childhood issues.

I offer a range of psychotherapeutic interventions, offering healing and growth to an extensive range of clients in a relaxed, professional environment where you can explore and learn about yourself, understand your thinking, feelings, and behaviours in relation to your here and now problems.

I have a particular interest in the awareness of our behaviour patterns and why we feel compelled to repeat these patterns of a lifetime.  I support and have a deep understanding and respect for gender identity, transitioning and working with the LGBTQ+ community.

I know contacting a therapist can feel daunting. I believe that the relationship between us is important, and I invite you to contact me by email, text, or phone to begin our therapeutic journey together.  After the global recovery of COVID-19, I am now back working face-to-face in a welcoming, safe space in Mansfield (NG18) and Kirkby-in-Ashfield (NG17).  I am also continuing to offer online and telephone sessions.
