I offer warmth, compassion, and a welcoming space, both online and in Mansfield, UK, where you can talk and explore your thoughts, worries, feelings, stresses and issues.

I have particular interest in changing patterns of a lifetime, gender identity and working with the LGBTQ+ community.

I offer warmth, compassion, and a welcoming space, both online and in Mansfield, UK, where you can talk and explore your thoughts, worries, feelings, stresses and issues.

I am a UKCP registered Integrative psychotherapist, who trained at the Sherwood Institute in Nottingham.  I utilise a wide variety of interventions where I utilise our relationship to support you in working out the changes you are seeking.

I am a highly qualified, experienced psychotherapist, based in Mansfield, UK; and feeling good again! I have over 4 years of experience in short and long term therapy in working specifically with mental health with the charitable organisation MIND.  My career in secondary teaching initially led me into psychotherapy training, recognising the struggles we all have carry.

I know contacting a therapist can feel daunting, but I'm a friendly, empathetic and down to earth person who knows life can be tough. I believe that relationship between you and I is important. I invite you to contact me by phone or email so you have the opportunity to discuss what it is you are seeking from therapy or ask any questions you might have.
