About me

Life can feel heavy when you’re stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, low mood, or self-doubt, especially when these begin to affect your relationships and sense of self. You may understand why you feel this way, but still find it difficult to change.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and trauma. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in repeating emotional patterns, or affected by past experiences that continue to impact their confidence and daily life.

Trauma isn’t always obvious. It can stem from childhood experiences, loss, or relationships where you didn’t feel safe, valued, or supported. These experiences can shape how you think, feel, and relate to others, often leading to people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling drawn to emotionally unavailable relationships. But these patterns can be understood and changed.

My approach is warm, but also focused and active. I won’t just listen, I will help you understand your patterns, process difficult experiences, and develop practical ways to move forward. I integrate EMDR therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy to support both insight and lasting change.

Therapy with me is a space where you can be honest without judgement, but also supported to grow. Together, we work to build clarity, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of self, so you can feel more in control of your life and your relationships.

You don’t have to keep carrying this on your own.
