About me
Do you (or your child) struggle with issues such as depression, social or generalised anxiety, OCD, phobias, panic disorder, ARFID, tics/Tourette's syndrome. low self-esteem or PTSD?
I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for children and young people up to age of 26, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) for all age groups, having worked as a therapist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) for seven years. I have worked with children and families for over 20 years, initially as a social worker before retraining as a therapist. I can support and help individuals to gain insight into their challenges and develop the skills and knowledge to grow and thrive.
I am passionate about my work and aim to add humour (where appropriate) and creativity to my sessions to help facilitate the therapeutic relationship, while tailoring my sessions to meet the individual needs of the client. If you would like to talk about how I may be able to help you or your child, please contact me for a for a free 15 minute consultation.

BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
