About me

I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and trained EMDR practitioner, specialising exclusively in children and young people up to the age of 26. I have worked with children, young people and families for over twenty years, first as a Children and Families Social Worker and then retraining as a therapist. I spent seven years working as a CAMHS therapist before establishing Sulis Therapies, my own private practice.

I offer online CBT and EMDR therapy for a wide range of conditions including anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma and PTSD, phobias, panic disorder, ARFID, tics and Tourette's, emotional dysregulation, and more. All sessions are delivered online, making specialist therapy accessible to families across the UK. I offer flexible appointment times including evenings and weekends.

I tailor every course of therapy to the individual needs of the young person, and bring warmth, creativity and humour to my sessions to help build the kind of therapeutic relationship in which real progress can happen. I offer a free initial consultation to discuss your child's needs and find out how I can help.
