About me
Hello and welcome to my profile.
I am a qualified Clinical Psychotherapist and Integrative Counsellor based in North London. I offer short-term and open-ended individual counselling and psychotherapy to adults from all walks of life.
Are you struggling with life and work demands? Are you facing difficult life transitions or perhaps have lost pleasure in activities that you once enjoyed? Maybe you cannot identify what is troubling you, but just know that things don't seem quite right. I appreciate that taking the first steps and reaching out to someone can be daunting, so it is important to find a therapist that you feel comfortable working with.
I offer a non-judgmental, caring and confidential space, in which you can explore your thoughts, feelings and relational patterns. Together we can find a way forward, so that you can lead a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
How I work
My approach to counselling and psychotherapy is integrative. This means I combine several psychological theories and techniques into a cohesive and relational way of working. I tailor my interventions to meet the uniqueness of my clients' individual needs and goals, as 'one size does not fit all'.
Please feel free to get in touch with me by phone, text or email for further details or to arrange an initial consultation. This will give us the opportunity to get a sense of one another, for you to ask any questions about therapy and to discuss what you are hoping to achieve.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
