Hello and Welcome, my name is Christian and I offer professional Counselling at a comfortable, private and safe space.
Finding the right person to talk with can be overwhelming and feel like an impossible task, I hope that I can make that task as simple as possible.
I am a Humanistic Intergrative Counsellor who works In a Personal Centred way.
I believe that everyone has the capacity to change, heal and grow.
Life can be difficult and it can present events and experiences that can stay with you forever. It can take a lot of faith and courage to be able to walk through these events, I understand that this can be a difficult task.
I offer that safe space where you can heal and grow from such events. A place where we can try and find that calm and quiet place within. I believe we all have the potential to find that place within.
I have a wide area of knowledge and understanding, with a continued growth of experience.
I have worked with services around drug & alcohol addictions for the past 7 years, I have worked with trauma and abuse for the past 4 years, I have also worked with a lot of bereavement and grief.
I have also worked in health & social care working with various mental health conditions.
I have continued to work with a specialist victim support unit, working with different forms of abuse.
My latest role allows me to work directly with vitims survivors of physical, psychological and emotional abuse.

I understand That the pressure of being able to afford regular counselling can be quite difficult, with that in mind I will try and match the fee to your income.
I charge between £30 - £40 per session
I do have concession spaces available for those in need.
I also do concessions for those on Diploma courses needing 40 hours of counselling

I am a registered counsellor MBACP with the British Association of Counselling & Psycotherapy.
I receive regular supervision from an accredited supervisor.
I have newly developed counselling rooms in the Newtown area of Poole - BH12.
