Christian Stevens - MBACP Diploma Counsellor

About me

Hello and welcome.  My name is Christian and I offer a professional counselling service at a comfortable, private and safe space.

Finding the right person to talk can be overwhelming and feel like an impossible task.  I hope that I can make that task as simple as possible.

I am a Humanistic Intergrative Counsellor who works in a personal centred way.

I believe that everyone has the capacity to change, heal and grow.

Life can be difficult.  It can present events and experiences that can stay with you forever. It can take a lot of faith and courage to be able to walk through these events.  I understand that this can be a difficult task.

I offer that safe space where you can heal and grow from such events.  A place where we can try and find that calm and quiet place within. I believe we all have the potential to find that place.

I have a wide area of knowledge and understanding.  With that comes a continued growth of experience.

I have worked in various fields: drug and alcohol addiction services, trauma and abuse and I have also worked with a lot of bereavement and grief.

I have also gained experience working in health & social care with various mental health conditions.

I continue to work with a specialist victim support unit, dealing with different forms of abuse.

My latest role allows me to work directly with vitims and survivors of physical, psychological and emotional abuse.
