About me
I work online (Zoom - WhatsApp - Telegram - Skype - Telephone)
Face to Face - In the office or walk & talk
Hello and welcome. My name is Christian and I am a professional and experienced counsellor and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Membership No. 749580.
I am also a qualified and experienced CBT Practitioner and work with all mental health conditions including Anxiety, Depression and Panic Attacks.
I specialise in working with trauma, abuse and addiction issues. through continuous learning I have gained experience working with disassociation and flashbacks.
Most people in their life time have experienced some sort of trauma and walk around with some sort of hidden pain which they keep to themselves. They hide this pain away from the rest of the world, but live with it in secret to them selves, walking around with this pain and misery.
Is it that time to stop suffering and hurting from those past experiences and events in your lifetime?
Life can be difficult enough without those traumas in your life. It can also present events and experiences that can stay with you forever.
I understand that it can take a lot of faith and courage to be able to walk through these events with someone else. I know that this can be a difficult and even sometimes feel like an impossible task.
I offer a safe space where you can heal, grow and change from such events in your lifetime. A space where we can try and find that calm and quiet place within. I believe that we all have the potential to find that calm and safe space with in regardless of what pain you are carrying around with you
I have a wide range of knowledge, understanding, and with that comes a continued growth of experience.
I have also experienced such events in my life where I have been through similar processes where I sat with a counsellor to find that quiet place within.
I have also worked in various fields including mental health agencies, drug & alcohol addiction services, trauma and abuse charities, and I have also worked with a lot of bereavement and grief.
I have gained experience working with health & social care charities who work with individuals who have various mental health conditions.
I have also had experience working with LGBTQ.
One of recent roles allowed me to work directly with victims and survivors of physical, psychological and emotional abuse through a Modern day slavery and trafficking charity which gave me first hand experience in this area.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
