About me

Hello, my name is Chrissie and I am a Counsellor working in Sidcup, Kent.   It is a brave step to seek help and not always easy, however, I believe that taking that one step a person can work towards new ways of seeing life and themselves. My aim is to provide a safe environment that is also friendly, non-judgemental and confidential. I love working with clients and it is a privilege to see them come to a greater understanding of themselves and being empowered to find new ways of handling situations that have been overwhelming.

I work creatively using a wide range of creative interventions and use Gestalt and Transaction Analysis and some CBT. I am aware that people are unique and work differently so I like to tailor my sessions to the client.

My rates are £40 per session maximum, and reduced rates are available. I work Tuesday - Friday 9am - 7pm.
