About me
I care deeply about the stories people carry and the parts of themselves they often keep hidden. I understand how much it matters to have a space where you can be real, not perfect, not judged, just yourself.
My way of working is guided by intuition and grounded in a person-centred approach, bringing empathy and curiosity to the layers that shape who we are. I also draw on psychodynamic ideas, CBT and mindfulness tools, offering both depth and balance as you move through what feels heavy.
How I Work
I see counselling as a journey we walk together. It is not about fixing you but about creating space for your own healing to unfold. Some people come with a clear focus, while others need time to find the words. However you arrive, I will meet you where you are.
What to Expect
In our sessions, you will have the chance to slow down, reflect, and share openly.
My role is to listen with care, support you in making sense of your experiences, and help you take steps towards feeling more grounded and connected to yourself.

Areas of counselling I deal with
Other areas of counselling I deal with
A particular area of my work is boundaries, exploring how we understand, establish, communicate, respect, and maintain them within our relationships. This might mean understanding why saying no feels difficult, why you put others before yourself, why holding a boundary brings guilt, or why another person’s boundaries can sometimes feel difficult to understand or accept.
For me, boundary work is not simply about learning to say no. It is about developing greater awareness of ourselves and others, recognising where our responsibility begins and ends, and understanding the experiences and relationship patterns that have shaped how we respond to limits, needs and expectations.
Where boundaries are part of what brings you to counselling, we can explore not only how to establish them, but how to communicate, follow through, and maintain them in a way that feels authentic to you.
