About me
I'm a warm, compassionate therapist with over 15 years’ experience supporting people through change - first as a coach, and then as an integrative counsellor and hypnotherapist. I offer a gentle, down-to-earth space where you can bring whatever’s on your mind, without judgement.
Whilst I work with a variety of different challenges, I have a particular passion for working with adults with ADHD - whether you’ve been formally diagnosed or are just beginning to wonder if ADHD might be part of your story. My approach is to focus less on labels, and more on working together to explore how your mind works, untangle patterns that may be holding you back, and find ways to move forward with a deeper understanding of yourself.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, or simply trying to make sense of how you relate to the world, I'm here to walk alongside you. My approach is always personalised and collaborative. This is your story; we work at your pace; and my approach is tailored to your individual needs.
If you would like to find out more, please feel free to drop me an e-mail so we can set up a call to discuss how we could work together.
Update - 27th May: I currently have two available slots on a Friday.
