Catherine Daga-Jeanperrin MBACP UKCP BPC
You might be anxious, stressed, angry with those closest to you and feeling no one understands, repeating destructive patterns of behaviour. Or you might experience a persistent sense of struggling and not being able to enjoy life. Psychotherapy offers a safe and supportive place to talk about the things that trouble you and affect your life and relationships:
Exploring your experiences and giving space to your true feelings can help understand emotional difficulties, which often have their roots in the past. You might gain more control and a deeper understanding of the way you relate to others and to yourself. Thus leading to a more meaningful and fulfilling life
