About me
Masters level qualified psychotherapist, CBT counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist working with adults, children and young people. Accredited with the National Counselling Society.
I use an integrative and supportive approach to offering high quality therapy, that is discreet, caring and confidential. My private practice has been running since 1999.
I draw on a variety of therapeutic tools to work with a range of anxiety issues using Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Clinical Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness.
I deal with a range of simple and complex problems like anxiety, panic attacks, depression, low self esteem, fears, phobias, eating disorders including ARFID, body image worries, OCD, self harm, friendship issues to exam and revision stress…. however this list is not exhaustive.
I offer face to face or Zoom sessions in Surbiton which is easily accessible by train to Berrylands from Waterloo. There is free parking available as well as bathroom facilities.
