About me
I specialise in working with clients who struggle with anxiety. My approach is supportive and gentle offering high-quality therapy that is discreet and confidential, and tailored for you. My private practice has been established since 1999.
I am a masters qualified and accredited psychotherapist, counsellor, EMDR and CBT practitioner, and clinical hypnotherapist for adults and young people.
I integrate a range of therapeutic tools to address various anxiety-related issues. These include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Clinical Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness.
Whether you're reaching out for the first time or returning to therapy, you’ll be met with compassion, understanding, and a safe, non-judgemental space to explore whatever is on your mind. You are not alone, and together we can work towards the change and healing you seek—at your own pace, in your own time.
