About me

I’m a warm, compassionate CBT therapist offering online therapy to adults across the UK and internationally. My approach is grounded in years of professional training and shaped by my own lived experience. I understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn, and this helps me meet clients with genuine empathy and patience.

I support people experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, overthinking, OCD, trauma‑related difficulties, ADHD‑related challenges, and the emotional impact of change. Many of the people I work with describe feeling lost, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves. Together we make sense of what’s going on and build tools that help them feel more grounded and in control.

Working remotely means you can access therapy from a safe and familiar space. Sessions are shaped around your needs, and we move at a pace that feels manageable for you. Healing isn’t linear and small, steady steps can create meaningful and lasting change.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Further information

It can feel difficult to reach out for support, especially when you’re overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. My role is to offer a calm, non‑judgemental space where you can talk openly and move at a pace that feels right for you.

My practice is culturally informed and inclusive. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and have particular experience supporting people from minority ethnic communities, neurodivergents, students, carers, and individuals navigating complex life stressors.

Therapy with me is collaborative, we work together to understand what’s going on for you and build tools that genuinely fit your life. I draw on CBT, compassion‑focused approaches, psychoeducation, and practical strategies that help you feel more grounded, confident and in control.
