About me
Hello, I’m a friendly and compassionate HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist and Chartered member of the British Psychological Society. I hold a clinical psychology doctorate from the University of Oxford and use my expertise to develop tailored psychology treatments for adults, young people and children experiencing mental distress. Whether you or your child are experiencing mental distress for the first time, or for many years, psychological therapy can make lasting positive changes.
To maximise the effectiveness of therapy I use an integrative approach, meaning I can draw on knowledge and skills from a range of therapies to most suit your needs including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and EMDR.
I appreciate that finding help for yourself or your child can feel like a daunting step. However, I truly believe that mental distress can impact anyone and therefore we are all likely to need support at some point in our lives. This means that working with me ensures a completely non-judgmental approach where we will work together to overcome difficulties so you can live the life you want.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
