About me
I'm Cameron, a counsellor based in Twickenham, working online and in-person.
If you're reading this, you might be feeling stuck in patterns that don't seem to shift — overthinking, struggling in relationships, or feeling like you're not quite yourself. You may have spent a long time putting on a mask just to get through the day, while quietly carrying something heavier beneath the surface. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to keep carrying it alone.
My approach is grounded in Transactional Analysis — a framework I find genuinely transformative. At its heart, TA is about understanding the patterns we carry: the roles we slip into, the scripts we've been unconsciously following since childhood, and the ways we've learned to adapt ourselves to the world around us. Together we can explore where these patterns come from and begin to find new ways forward, always moving at a pace that feels right for you.
I am a warm counsellor, and I want you to feel that from the moment we first speak. I'll always hold space for your silences, your contradictions, and the parts of yourself you've never quite felt safe enough to show anyone else. At the same time I'm not a passive presence — I'll gently challenge you when I sense it might open something up, and I'll be honest with you even when honesty is uncomfortable. Because I think that's what real support looks like.
I came to counselling because I believe people deserve to be truly seen — not managed, not fixed, not nudged toward someone else's idea of who they should be. Just seen. Whatever brings you here, that is what I will try to offer you.
I work with a wide range of people and concerns, including:
- Anxiety and depression
- Relationship difficulties and patterns
- Low self-esteem and identity
- Bereavement and loss
- Addiction and recovery
- Life transitions and feeling stuck
Appointments: Online or in-person on weekends or evenings
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. That's why I offer a free 20-minute introductory conversation — a chance to ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and see whether working together feels right. No obligation, no pressure.
