About me
Anxiety, persistent worry, low mood or the effects of trauma can make everyday life feel more difficult. You may find yourself overthinking, avoiding situations, struggling with confidence or finding it harder to enjoy things that once felt manageable. These difficulties can also affect your relationships, work and ability to cope with everyday demands.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, persistent worry and the effects of trauma. My previous career in Human Resources also gives me an understanding of the psychological challenges that can arise alongside demanding careers and working environments.
I offer structured, collaborative Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Together, we work to understand what is maintaining your difficulties, agree meaningful therapy goals and use evidence-based CBT strategies to help you develop more helpful ways of responding to difficult thoughts, feelings and situations.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to coping on your own or feel pressure to keep going despite how you’re feeling. You don’t have to have everything figured out before seeking support. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to talk through what you’re experiencing and see whether working together feels right for you.
