About me
I am a counsellor specialising in supporting neurodivergent clients. My work focuses on the gap between insight and everyday life, helping clients move towards practical, sustainable change that feels manageable in real life.
I offer a safe, trusting space built on care, empathy, and understanding, where your experiences can be heard and taken seriously. My work begins with counselling as the foundation, while also being supported by RNIF, the framework I created to help bridge the gap between therapeutic insight and sustainable real-life change.
I work with neurodivergent clients experiencing overwhelm, burnout, identity difficulties, anxiety, masking, emotional strain, relationship challenges, and the pressure of navigating environments that may not fit their needs.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I am a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist, NLP practitioner, and life coach with a specialism in neurodivergent-affirming practice, inner child work, and women's identity.
I am the creator of the Ross Neurodiversity Integration Framework (RNIF™), a research-based, practitioner-led framework that bridges the gap between therapeutic insight and real-world change. My work is built around the belief that understanding is the starting point, not the destination, and that sustainable change requires more than insight alone.
I specialise in working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, autism, and related conditions. I bring both clinical training and significant personal lived experience to this area, as the older sister of two brothers with autism.
I also specialise in inner child work and in supporting women who have lost their sense of self, working with identity, low self-worth, and the patterns formed early in life that continue to shape how we show up in the world.
In addition to my client work, I am the founder of Counsellor Care, which offers support and services to trainee and qualified counsellors, supporting them as both people and practitioners.
