I am a qualified dance movement psychotherapist and trained psychologist. I provide both 1-1 and group therapy from my private practice in Kensington.
I aim to create a calm and comfortable environment for us to explore what is troubling you through creative interventions. I believe that the body holds lots of information that can support healing.
