About me

I am an integrative counsellor using different approaches and techniques to best suit you, the client. I understand that every client is individual and every situation and experience is unique.

I work confidentially, offering a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings and difficulties you bring with you. It can be hard to talk to those closest in your life, counselling allows you to explore whatever you wish, from difficulties in your life, your current situation or to work on yourself. We will work together to better understand your thoughts, feeling and experiences.

I am an accredited member of The National Counselling Society and follow their ethical framework.

I have worked with both adults and young people, I currently work in a school offering counselling sessions to young people.

I offer both face to face and online sessions. I can offer short term or open-ended counselling.

Please give me a call or send me an email, I will be happy to talk you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have completed a level 4 Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic counselling, a level 4 Diploma in Counselling skills and theory and a level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling skills. I have studied and had experience in many areas including Anxiety, Grief and Depression. I also  have an undergraduate degree in Psychology.

I am committed to my own continuous professional development, completing training and attending my own regular clinical supervision.

I am fully DBS checked.
