About me
Are you feeling like it's finally time to make yourself a priority? Finally time for a new start? Finally time for change?
Well, maybe that makes it the ideal time for therapy.
About me:
I'm Annie, A qualified BACP registered integrative Counsellor, this means I draw from multiple modalities, rather than focusing on one style or theory, I find this helps me to be flexible and adaptable to my client's needs in the best way possible.
For me the most important thing is the relationship between myself and my client, its vital to me to create a space where you feel comfortable to be unapologetically you.
Where to find me:
I'm based in Deal Kent and I offer long and short term therapy to all over 18 years old. I'll help to create a safe, non judgemental, warm and trusted space for you to begin your counselling journey, making you the priority for each of our 50 minute sessions together, this can be done face to face, via Zoom or over the telephone.
Taking that first step:
I fully appreciate that feeling brave enough to take the first steps towards counselling can seem overwhelming, there is no pressure from me, you are free to set the pace, this is your time to work on you, for you. I will simply walk alongside you, and support you as you deepen your own self awareness and make strides towards the change you desire.
If you've made it this far on my profile, it’s likely that you are seriously considering therapy, which is amazing news! keep going.
I hope you find what you are searching for.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
