About me
Do you often feel different, like you don’t quite fit in? Perhaps you struggle to find your place in the world, navigating feelings of isolation or uncertainty. You may be standing at a crossroads—facing a major life transition, grief, loss, or a deep yearning for something more. These experiences can feel overwhelming, stirring emotions that can be difficult to face alone.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore these feelings, reconnect with yourself, and uncover a deeper sense of belonging. My approach blends traditional therapeutic practices with a transpersonal perspective. This means I don’t just work with the emotional and psychological aspects of your experience, but also with the deeper, existential and spiritual layers of healing.
A Holistic Approach to Healing
Transpersonal therapy recognises that beyond our personal struggles lies a greater connection—to others, to ourselves, and to the deeper aspects of our own being. Healing is not just about resolving difficulties but about discovering meaning, purpose, and self-realisation. My role is to help you navigate life’s challenges while fostering this deeper sense of connection.
My varied background has shaped how I work. Before becoming a therapist, I was a palliative care nurse within the NHS, supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most profound transitions. Being alongside people in their final stages of life gave me a deep understanding of what it means to truly live—with authenticity, connection, and meaning. This experience continues to shape my work, allowing me to hold space for grief, loss, and transformation with sensitivity and care.
I also offer psychedelic integration support, providing a grounded space to help make sense of profound, challenging, or illuminating experiences. Whether these have been part of a structured therapeutic journey or personal exploration, I help you integrate insights into your life in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
Outside of my 1:1 therapy work, I also run equine-assisted well-being workshops, drawing on my deep personal connection to nature and horses. While these are separate from my therapy sessions, they reflect my belief in the many ways healing can unfold.
Training, qualifications & experience
Psychosynthesis Trust, London
Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and BACP accreditation
My training in Psychosynthesis has equipped me with a therapeutic approach that blends traditional methods with a transpersonal perspective. This integrative approach focuses on the whole person—emotional, psychological, and spiritual—recognising the importance of self-realisation and connection to a greater sense of meaning and purpose in the healing process. It allows me to support clients in exploring both their inner world and their relationship to the wider world, helping them unlock their potential for growth and transformation.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Sessions are 50 minutes long, and I aim to keep a consistent time slot each week to establish continuity. For online sessions, I offer more flexibility around scheduling to suit your needs.
Each session is tailored to suit your needs, creating a supportive and safe space where you can explore at your own pace. My goal is to help you feel heard, safe, and empowered as we cultivate self-awareness and facilitate meaningful change.
I may incorporate techniques such as breathwork, meditation, journaling, or creative expression to enhance your connection to yourself and support your journey.
The First Session
The first session is an initial assessment where we explore what you want from therapy and the changes you’d like to see in your life. There's no obligation to continue after this session—it's an opportunity to see if working together feels right for you.
If you choose to continue, I recommend starting with a block of six sessions, allowing time to explore your thoughts and feelings more deeply and build a trusting therapeutic relationship. The total number of sessions will depend on your needs, with short-term therapy typically lasting 6–12 sessions and longer-term therapy offering flexibility for deeper work. Regular reviews will ensure we stay aligned with your goals.
