About me
Hi, my name is Annabel. From personal experience I passionately believe that Counselling and Psychotherapy really can change your life for the better. All you have to do is take the first step and find the right therapist. I work with clients using an integrative approach. This means I am trained in a variety of psychotherapeutic models, (please see further down the page for more information).
If you are reading this you are probably experiencing, or have experienced, anxiety and/or depression. These unwanted feelings can be caused by different factors in your life and upbringing; low self-esteem, life changes, bereavement, abuse, romantic and family relationships, or simply struggling to cope, feeling like you're not where you want to be in life...
Whether you are anxious, depressed, or at a difficult point in your life and just need someone to talk to, you don’t have to go on like this, you can change your life for the better. I am an experienced, friendly and down-to-earth therapist offering you a safe, relaxed space where you can gain a deeper insight into yourself and make the changes you need to move on and enjoy your life, feeling more content and comfortable in your own mind. Together we can explore your life, your thoughts, your feelings, where you want to be in the future and how you can get there.
I offer psychotherapy and counselling to individuals in Lincoln, Newark and surrounding areas, and online therapy across the UK. Please contact me today to arrange a free online or telephone consultation, or just ask me a question. All enquiries are welcome. Alternatively, you can look at my website to find out more about me and what I do.
