About me

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when experiencing difficult emotions, struggling with relationships, or faced with unexpected challenges and problems. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, low self esteem, or feeling stuck, counselling offers a space to breathe, reflect, and find clarity.

At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to helping individuals understand themselves and their relationships better—whether with partners, family members, or themselves. Our sessions will be a space where you can explore what’s happening for you, recognise patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical strategies to move forward.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you—because you are not broken. It’s about helping you to become more aware of your feelings and understand them better so you can built resilience and healthier relationships in all areas of life. If needed, I also offer psychoeducation, coping and self-regulation strategies, and trauma-informed support tailored to your unique needs. I am trained in trauma and sex problems.

How I Can Support You

✔️ A safe, judgment-free space to express your thoughts and emotions.
✔️ Insight into relationship patterns and how they impact your well-being.
✔️ Support with family and relational challenges, including communication and boundaries.
✔️ Healing from past experiences and taking back control of your life.
✔️ Rebuilding self-worth and confidence in who you are.
✔️ A deeper understanding of yourself and what you truly need.
✔️ An inclusive, affirming space where you can be fully yourself.

As an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, I work with adults (18+) and have experience supporting individuals through a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties,  neurodiversity, gender identity, and sexuality. My approach is compassionate, person-centred, and tailored entirely to you.

I offer in-person and online sessions, as well as weekend therapeutic retreats.

If you’re curious about counselling but unsure where to start, let’s have an initial conversation. Taking this step can feel daunting, but it’s a step toward healing, self-awareness, and transformation. You don’t have to do this alone.
