When turning for help during these unprecedented times, I understand it can be challenging and fraught seeking help from a professional. I offer face to face consultations or an online service. An initial telephone call may help you decide whether therapeutic guidance through Integrated Counselling, will help you with your mental health. My ethos is to develop a trusting environment where you feel safe to vocalise your thoughts and feelings. A space to explore yourself and promote well-being through mutual respect.
My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and assist you in realising your potential, facilitating healing through the wholeness of mental, physical and emotional therapy.

- Diploma of Higher Education Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
- Bsc Hons Mental Health Nursing
- SCM Decider training (CBT/DBT)

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
