About me

I am an Integrated counsellor with 21 years working in mental health.

Your Local Integrative Counsellor - Here to listen, support and guide you through mental health issues.
When turning for help during these unprecedented times, I understand it can be challenging and fraught seeking help from a professional. I offer face to face consultations or an online service. An initial free consultation will help you decide whether therapeutic guidance through Integrated Counselling, will help you with your mental health. My ethos is to develop a trusting environment where you feel safe to vocalise your thoughts and feelings. A space to explore yourself and promote well-being through mutual respect.
My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and assist you in realising your potential, facilitating healing through the wholeness of mental, physical and emotional therapy.
