About me
Hi, my name is Andrea and I am a mum and a therapist. I specialise in all things maternal mental health. Post natal depression, anxiety, overwhelm everything that comes with being a parent. I also work with mums around fear of giving birth, or decisions as to whether to have another baby and birth trauma. I'm down to earth, swear a bit and I love helping women to be the mum they want to be.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified CBT therapist but I am also trained in a few other disciplines that I bring into my work when I think the client will benefit.
But more important for me is the fact that I am a mum and after my daughter was born I struggled with over whelming anxiety. So I have been there. I get it.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

My 1-1 session fees are £60 an hour. Discount on block bookings are available.

If you are not ready for 1-1 therapy then I do have a 9 week online course that you can work through at your own pace and covers all things post natal mental health. Pop me an e mail if you think this might be better suited for you.
