About me

Hi there, and welcome! I’m a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges. Alongside supporting clients through menopause, anxiety, low self-esteem, and major life transitions, I specialise in working with ADHD. Whether you’re struggling with focus, overwhelm, emotional regulation, or self-doubt, I provide a compassionate, structured approach tailored to your unique brain. My goal is to create a safe and understanding space where you can explore your experiences, develop practical strategies, and build confidence in your strengths. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—I’m here to help!

How I Can Help

I believe in the power of CBT to make meaningful, lasting changes in people’s lives. Whether you’re navigating the complexities of ADHD or menopause, struggling with anxiety, or feeling held back by low self-esteem, my approach is tailored to your specific needs and goals. Together, we’ll identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop coping techniques, and build resilience to help you move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

My Approach

Therapy is a partnership, and my goal is to provide you with practical tools and insights that fit into your life. I’m here to listen, guide, and support you through each step of your journey. I incorporate a compassionate, evidence-based approach that respects each individual’s unique experiences and encourages personal growth. Every session is a step toward a more balanced, empowered, and fulfilling life.

If you’re ready to take the first step, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to supporting you on your path to well-being.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
