About me
Hello, I’m Andrea. As a person-centered therapist, my primary focus is to customise my therapeutic approach to align with your unique needs. I foster a nurturing atmosphere where you can freely explore your feelings, confident that you won't face judgment.
Life poses distinct challenges for each of us, and sharing your experiences can feel daunting. Seeking help is often one of the hardest decisions to make. That’s why our sessions will be designed to provide a safe and confidential space for you to voice your concerns and receive the understanding and support you truly deserve.
Together, we can work through your challenges and highlight the importance of being heard. Remember, reaching out for help during tough times is a courageous first step toward healing.
Let’s work together to identify the challenges you face and to reinforce the importance of being heard. It can be incredibly difficult to ask for help when life feels overwhelming, but you don’t have to face this alone.
Are you struggling with persistent anxiety, stress, or tension? Is your mind and body feeling exhausted? Perhaps you’re feeling so overwhelmed that you’re withdrawing from people or activities that once brought you joy. Do you feel trapped in a situation or relationship? Or maybe you’re unsure of your struggles but ready to explore your feelings?
Whatever weighs on you, I am here to offer compassionate support and understanding while we delve into the issues affecting your life. Together, we will concentrate on building your resilience, empowering you to not just cope but truly flourish. Take that courageous step to reach out and rediscover your joy and strength.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
