About me
I offer a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore what is going on for you at your own pace. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you may be feeling stuck, stressed, anxious, or unsure where to turn. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
I am an accredited Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, working with adults, parents, carers and young people. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centred and neuro-affirming, meaning I tailor therapy to you as an individual, including those who are neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD and other cognitive differences).
I support a wide range of issues, including:
Anxiety and stress
Low mood and emotional overwhelm
Trauma and past experiences, including sexual abuse
Confidence and self-esteem
Relationship difficulties
Eating disorders
Neurodivergence, masking and burnout
SEND parenting stress
Life transitions and feeling stuck
I integrate psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and coaching-informed approaches to support emotional regulation, self-understanding and meaningful, lasting change. Sessions are collaborative, paced around you, and designed to help you feel safe, supported and more in control.
I also have experience working within education and alternative provision settings, supporting children and young people with emotional wellbeing and engagement.
Affordable, accessible therapy:
£30–£45 per session
£20 for those on benefits or low income
Sessions are available online and over text message across the UK, making support accessible wherever you are.
If you are looking for therapy that is warm, inclusive and tailored to you, I would be glad to hear from you.

Further information
I offer online and live text therapy sessions across the UK, providing accessible support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. This allows you to engage in therapy in an environment where you feel most at ease. My way of working is calm, collaborative and paced around your needs, ensuring you feel safe, heard and in control throughout the process.
I take a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed and client-centred approach, meaning sessions are tailored to you as an individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. I integrate psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to support emotional regulation, self-understanding and meaningful change.
Sessions are designed to be a supportive space where you can explore difficulties at your own pace, without pressure or judgement. Together, we focus on building insight, developing practical coping strategies and supporting you to move forward in a way that feels manageable and aligned with your needs.
