About me
Hi, my name is Alison and I am an integrative counsellor, working with individuals to help improve mental and emotional wellbeing. I offer one-to-one sessions either in person in a safe and secure setting, via video link or on the phone, or why not get out into the fresh air and nature with Walk&Talk.
WalknTalk gets you out of the confines of a room, enables you to focus your thoughts and work through any issues that arise. So if you are local to Burscough, live in Southport, Ormskirk, Tarleton, or other surrounding areas, and fancy trying a different approach to therapy, then WalknTalk might just work for you.
