About me
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. With over 15 years of experience as an accredited psychotherapist, I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, understand your experiences, and develop practical strategies to move forward.
I work with adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, phobias, health anxiety, and social anxiety. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs, recognising that every person’s journey is unique.
I integrate evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based approaches, and person-centred counselling. Together, we will work to reduce distress, build resilience, and help you regain confidence and control in your life.
Whether you’re struggling with overwhelming anxiety, the effects of past trauma, persistent low mood, intrusive thoughts, or fears that are limiting your daily life, therapy can help you understand what’s happening and equip you with effective tools for lasting change.
As I work exclusively online, therapy is accessible from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Remote sessions offer flexibility, convenience, and the opportunity to access professional support wherever you are, without the need to travel.
My aim is to create a warm, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you overcome obstacles and move towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
If you’re considering therapy and would like to discuss how I can help, I welcome you to get in touch for an initial conversation. Finding the right therapist is an important step, and I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.
