You may be going through difficult or worrying times — feeling anxious, low, or unsure where to turn. Perhaps you’re carrying long-standing concerns, feeling lost in certain relationships, or struggling to balance everything life brings.
I’m a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor working in Wiltshire, UK. I work in a person-centred, relational way, and I draw on my training and experience to find a way to support you that meets your needs. If you can't travel to sessions, I can work with you online or via email too.
Previous clients of mine have experienced difficulties and struggles with relationships, family issues/dynamics, loneliness, parenting, empty-nest, life transitions, miscarriage, menopause, separation/divorce, Co-dependency, substance reliance, absence of self-worth, anxiety, depression, loss, illness, bereavement and grief.
Our sessions will be a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what’s happening with you and around you— at your pace.
I work from either Devizes or Trowbridge town centre in comfortable rooms or online.
Sessions & fees; 1st discovery session 30 minutes £30.00, payable by bank transfer prior to the appointment.
Further sessions 50 minutes £65.00, payable by bank transfer, prior to the appointment.
My usual days of working are Tuesdays and Fridays. Evenings appointments on Mon & Thurs maybe available.

If my profile resonates with you, I offer an initial discounted discovery session of £30.00 for 30 minutes to discuss what you are looking for in therapy. I will tell you a little about myself, how I work and my availability etc. You can take as much time as you need to decide if you would like to work with me; there is no pressure. If I feel I am not the best counsellor to meet your specific needs, I will advise you and ensure you leave with some further information and a follow up email with recommendations to continue your search. If we both agree to work together, I will email you further information and confirm our arrangements.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
