About me

A very warm welcome to you

You may be going through a difficult time — feeling anxious, low, or unsure where to turn. Perhaps you’re carrying long-standing worries, feeling lost in relationships, or finding it hard to balance everything life brings.

I’m a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor offering sessions outdoors in a beautiful private woodland near Devizes, Westbury and Trowbridge (Wiltshire).

I have a particular interest in supporting women of all ages around (but not limited to);Relationships, family issues/dynamics, motherhood, parenting, empty-nest, life transitions, menopause, divorce, Co-dependency, self-worth, anxiety, loss, illness and bereavement.

Our sessions together will be a safe, nurturing space to explore what’s happening for you — gently and at your pace.

Why outdoors?
Working outdoors can be calming and grounding. We might walk and talk, sit quietly, or gather around a fire in colder months. The natural world supports reflection and healing in a profound way.

There is parking, a compost loo, and shelter available in the woodland.

I also offer therapy indoors, please do enquire. If you are further afield or maybe getting to a venue is difficult I can offer online (Zoom), or via email.

Sessions & fees (50 minutes)
Outdoor or in-room sessions: £65
Online sessions (Zoom) or email : £55
Reduced rate £35: for Carers receiving carers allowance (proof required; waiting list may apply)
Student discount: £50 for CPCAB counselling students (Levels 2–4)
Free 15–30 minute discovery call – to see if we’re a good fit.

If my approach resonates with you, I warmly invite you to get in touch or visit my website to arrange a free discovery call. Let’s have a gentle conversation and see what feels right for you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
